Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) ❓

Q. Is the conversation content stored on the server?

A. No, we never store it. 'Chat Analyzer' adheres to the No-Log security principle. Files uploaded by users only exist temporarily in the analysis server's memory (RAM), and as soon as the analysis results are generated, the memory session is terminated and the data is completely destroyed. It does not remain in any form of DB or log file, so please use it with confidence.

Q. How accurate are the analysis results?

A. This service is based on a state-of-the-art AI model that has learned tens of thousands of conversation data and psychological indicators. It provides a high level of insight by multidimensionally analyzing the choice of words, speed of response, frequency of punctuation marks, etc. However, as it cannot reflect 100% of the subtle context of all human relationships, we recommend using the analysis results for reference or fun to look back on the relationship.

Q. What is the difference between Mild and Spicy analysis?

A. 'Mild' analysis focuses on positive signals, points of interest, and warm advice in the relationship. On the other hand, 'Spicy' analysis threshes out imbalances in relationship leadership, hidden truths, and communication problems without filtering. Choose according to your current state of mind or the stage of the relationship.

Q. Is it possible to analyze other messengers besides KakaoTalk?

A. Currently, Chat Analyzer is optimized for KakaoTalk's 'Export Chat History' format. However, most general text files (.txt) with the 'Name [Time] Content' format can be analyzed. However, since the method of processing dates and system messages is based on KakaoTalk, the analysis results for other messengers may be slightly different.

Q. Are there fixed supported file formats?

A. It must be a text file with the .txt extension. We only support files extracted with the 'Text Messages Only' option from 'Export Chat History' in KakaoTalk chat room settings. Backup file formats containing images or videos or Excel formats cannot be analyzed.

Q. What should I do if the result image is not saved?

A. This is mainly caused by browser popup blocking settings or lack of device memory. We recommend using the latest version of Google Chrome or Safari browser. If the problem persists, please refresh the page, reduce the amount of conversation content slightly, and try again.

Q. Can I analyze group chats?

A. Yes, it's possible. If you upload group chat data, we diagnose the overall group atmosphere by analyzing the dynamics and contribution to conversation among participants. However, if there are too many participants (more than 10), the focus of the analysis may be blurred, so it shows the highest accuracy during small group analysis.

Q. Is the analysis cost really free?

A. Yes, all analysis functions of Chat Analyzer are provided 100% free of charge to users. We cover server operation costs and AI API usage fees through Google AdSense advertising revenue within the site. We do not require any paid payment from users, so please feel free to use it.

Q. Is there any risk of personal information leakage?

A. Chat Analyzer does not collect information that can identify individuals. During the analysis process, user names or specific information undergo de-identification, and data transmission is protected through the latest SSL encryption protocol. In addition, the external AI API (Google) also follows a policy of not using the transmitted data for learning, so it is technically very safe.

Q. Can I share the analysis results with the other person?

A. You can generate a clean card image through 'Save Image' at the bottom of the analysis results. If positive analysis results come out, share them with the other person and use them as a subject for a pleasant conversation. However, in the case of 'Spicy' results, the other person may feel uncomfortable, so please use them carefully.
